Rental Policies
Documents Required
Valid driving license, Aadhaar card or passport for ID proof, and a refundable security deposit. For self-drive, a minimum of 1 year driving experience is required.
Fuel Policy
Cars are provided with a full tank of fuel. Please return the car with the same fuel level. Any shortfall will be charged at market rates plus a ₹200 refuelling service fee.
Mileage Limits
Daily rentals include 250 km/day. Weekly rentals include 1,500 km. Monthly rentals include 5,000 km. Extra kilometres are charged at ₹8–₹15/km depending on the vehicle category.
Insurance Coverage
All rental cars include basic third-party insurance. Comprehensive coverage with zero deductible is available as an add-on for ₹500/day. Covers accidental damage, theft, and natural calamities.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 25% charge. No-shows are charged the full day's rental amount.
